Super Electric Breaker continues to introduce Stellar-type Tera Pokémon ex into the meta, with Terastal Pikachu ex as its central Pokémon. A general theme based on the Blueberry Academy is present within the set as well. Cards within this set are included in the English Surging Sparks expansion.
